Our Story

Lillian's has been a landmark on Broadway since the mid 1970's, always welcoming locals and visitors with a warm smile and good meal. Founded in 1974, Lillian's Restaurant quickly became a beloved institution in Saratoga Springs, known for its classic American cuisine, Victorian charm, and friendly atmosphere.

Many events such as weddings, birthdays and business functions have been hosted at Lillian's, so the building houses decades of treasured memories as well. For over 41 years, we've been proud to serve the Saratoga community and visitors from around the world.

Meet the Owner

Ray Morris

Ray Morris has owned and operated Lillian's Restaurant for over 40 years. Under his leadership, Lillian's has become a beloved Saratoga institution. In November 2015, Ray announced that the building housing the restaurant has been sold. Although the property wasn't on the market, an individual made him an offer this past October, which he accepted. Morris felt that the opportunity may not present itself again, and would give him the chance to lead a more relaxed lifestyle after running the restaurant for over four decades.

The Building

Housed in a historic building on Broadway, Lillian's features classic Victorian architecture and decor that transports guests to a bygone era. The restaurant's interior features:
